Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Customized or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If unsure, please contact us before returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
